Heroes In Transition, is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization. We recognize those who have served or who are serving our country, HIT provides assistance in 4 key areas: 

• Transitional Support Groups, including equine therapy and couples retreats
• Financial support for service families
• Assistance dogs for veterans
• Home modifications
