My Story…
When I first thought about running the Falmouth Road Race, I knew I had to run for something that was close to my heart. We are talking 7 miles of rolling hills, in the blazing August heat. I needed a bigger purpose. As many of you know my husband is a type 1 diabetic. For the last 39 years he has lived and thrived with this disease. He has been a patient of Joslin Diabetes Clinic for much of that time. Joslin is a leader of research relentlessly working towards a cure for diabetes. In August I will be running to help further this research and do my small part to create changes in the field. I hope you will join me and donate today!
