Help Michelle raise money

The Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts is an organization that provides information and resources to people who have suffered traumatic brain injuries and their families.  I am running in the 50th annual Falmouth Road Race for BIA because when I was 10 years old my dad suffered a traumatic brain injury. At a Labor Day cookout he was playing wiffel ball and ran backwards into the street to catch the ball. Somehow he fell backwards and the full force of the impact on the asphalt was on his head. He fractured his skull and bled out his ear also losing brain matter.  This past January,  30 years later he was diagnosed with dementia. His scans indicate that his previous injury could be to blame. He is 68 years old. It was devastating news for us. As a teen I also suffered a traumatic brain injury as the passenger in a car that hit a telephone pole.  I broke both the windshield and side window with my skull. So I certainly have concerns for my future.  Please consider donating to my efforts to provide families like mine the guidance and resources they need.  Thank you!
