Help Erich raise money

Hello there! I am running once again in the Falmouth Road Race this year to raise money for The Quell Foundation. The Quell Foundation is a registered not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization focused on breaking down the stigma associated with mental illness and ultimately reducing the number of suicides and overdoses of people suffering with mental illness.  They do a tremendous job raising awareness and making a difference in people’s lives by encouraging people to share their stories, increasing access to mental health services, providing a pipeline of future mental health care professionals through scholarships, and training first responders to recognize the mental health crisis warning signs amongst their own.  

Mental illness has been a silent pandemic in America. So many people are suffering and suicide rates have sky rocketed, in large part because people are uncomfortable talking about mental health or seeking the help they need. The work Quell is doing normalizes the conversation and helps people understand they are not alone and that there are resources for support.
