Being a father in recovery isn’t always easy but the Falmouth recovery community has embraced me every step of the last 5+ yrs. As a token of gratitude I decided to join the Wellstrong team for this yrs FRR. Wellstrong is a pillar in this recovery community and a home to all who seek to grow spiritually mentally and physically.

WellStrong’s mission is to create safe, supportive communities of people in recovery from substance use disorder through fitness, wellness and meditation.
