Wellstrong
I am excited to be running in the Falmouth Road Race this year for a charity and cause that is close to my heart "WellStrong"
WellStrong is community environment that supports anyone with a desire to maintain recovery through fitness, mindfulness and other wellness activities. I am a strong believer that fitness can play a valuable role in the recovery process. Fitness and wellness have been a big part of my personal recovery process and I can honestly say it's one of the reasons I stand today with 6 years clean and sober!
I truly appreciate everyone's love, support and donations you can provide in helping those who are on their journey to recovery with the amazing platform WellStrong has provided. I'm super pumped to be running for this organization and for recovery!
