Help Del raise money

Hey everybody, let's face it, we're all getting older, if we're lucky.  I'm running in the Falmouth Road Race this August, and I have chosen to raise money, by running in this race, for Old Colony Elder Services and their mission- " to support the independence and dignity of older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing essential information and services that promote healthy and safe living."  This is a 7 Mile race, which is further than I have ran at this point.  It's in August, it's going to be hot.  It'll be a good challenge for me.  Please support me, and consider donating to my chosen organization to support the elderly.
