Help CJ raise money

For participating in The 2022 ASICS Falmouth Road Race

My RMH Motivation

Hi everyone,

I've been running the Falmouth Road Race for years and it's always one of the highlights of the summer. This year I thought it would be great to do something a bit different and raise some money for a great cause while running for fun. This year I'll be a part of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England Team and am excited to raise money for an amazing organization that helps support the families of seriously ill children. The goal is to raise $1000 by the time of the race on August 21, 2022. Any little bit you can provide can help me meet my goal, and more importantly help families going through a difficult time in their lives. If you would like to make an online donation, you can support this important cause by visiting my personal fundraising page. Checks should be made payable to the Ronald McDonald Charities of New England and should include my name in the memo section or in an attached note. They can be mailed to: Ronald McDonald House 45 Gay Street Providence, RI 02905 Thank you in advance for your support! Together we can make a difference in the lives of these kids.

Description

Each year hundreds of families travel to New England from locations all over the world to give their child access to the best medical care. In doing so, they face enormous hurdles such as navigating the complexities of the health care system, extraordinarily high local housing costs, and excessive emotional and physical stress. At the Ronald McDonald House Charities of New England we remove the stress of daily living and support families to enable them to focus on what really matters: their child’s health and healing.

On August 21, 2022 Team RMHCNE will hit the pavement to race the historic 7 mile course, while raising critical funds to support the Ronald McDonald House in Providence and the Ronald McDonald House at Boston Harbor.

This past year has shown us all the importance of health and family.   Despite the pandemic, parents continued to go the distance to ensure their child has access the world’s best medical care, here in New England.  This year Team RMHCNE will work together to provide over 900 nights of housing, comfort and support for families of critically ill children. Together, we can reduce the stress associated with financial strain so families can focus on the health of their children.

I hope I can count on you to support my run by contributing to this very special program!
