My Story…
It is so exciting to be running the Falmouth Road Race for our 5th year in a row. We are passionate about raising money for this amazing organization that changes the lives of our Veterans right here on Cape Cod.
Description
Heroes In Transition, is a 501 (c) 3, not-for-profit organization. We recognize those who have served or who are serving our country, HIT provides assistance in 4 key areas:
- Transitional Support Groups, including equine therapy and couples retreats
- Financial support for service families
- Assistance dogs for veterans
- Home modifications
Our mission is to provide assistance that is not readily available from other organizations including local, state, and federal agencies. Your generosity will help support our heroes. To learn more about
