My Story…
This is my 3rd year running Falmouth for the Quell Foundation. Their mission to reduce the stigma of mental health is near and dear to my heart. Over the past two years I have seen more of my friends struggle with their mental health -- I am grateful they have been willing to share with me. Hopefully by reducing the stigma more people will be willing to share their struggles and seek assistance.
