For the 50th anniversary of the Falmouth Road Race, I will be running my 5th fundraising race for Calmer Choice! Help me raise $1000 to ensure evidence based mindfulness programs can be offered in one classroom for a full school year. 38000 students reached, 1000 teachers engaged, 35 schools over 12 years. With your support, we can make those numbers grow!
