Help Tracy raise money

I got a last-minute bib number to run the Falmouth Road Race on August 21, 2022, raising money for Inner City Weightlifting…I have 3 weeks to raise $1,000 (and train to ‘run’ 7 miles). Can you help with that first part?

Many of you know that before I was a nurse, I worked in the fitness industry for almost 30 years. I’ve always believed that exercise and good nutrition are the best medicine, and that fitness can change lives. Most of you also know that I am a huge advocate for social justice. Inner City Weightlifting (ICW) is an organization that brings these core values together. Two amazing people I met during my time as a Personal Trainer at Equinox - Ian Kilpatrick and Shamsul Emrich- are part of ICW’s management team, and believe me when I say that if these 2 fabulous humans are involved, it’s an organization worthy of your support.
