Swim Across America of Nantucket raises monies to support cancer treatments and care on Nantucket Island through Nantucket Cottage Hospital and Palliative and Supportive Care of Nantucket through a partnership with Mass General Hospital. Proceeds stay on Nantucket and directly support residents and visitors alike allowing them to receive world class care and support locally. The need for this care and support is greater than ever and your donation will make a difference.

Description

The Swim Across America Nantucket Team is a group of runners who are committed to raising money to support cancer care and support on Nantucket Island through a partnership with Mass General Hospital Cancer Center. Proceeds directly support treatment and support through Nantucket Cottage Hospital and Palliative and Supportive Care of Nantucket.
