Our story…
So many of you know the story, that fateful day of April 27, 2011, the day David lost his life serving his country. With the love and desire of a small group of his life-long friends the Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation was born. It has been a honor to watch these young adults grow, have their own children, continue with their lives but never forget David's mission and the person he always was as a child, son, brother, friend and patriot. The mission of the organization continues to bring his story to the students of the Auburn Public School system through the permanent memorial located at the high school and the awarding of monies to support the students.
We again are so proud to be involved with the Falmouth Road Race as a non-profit participant. All monies donated to our foundation through the portal will come directly to the foundation. With these funds we are able to award scholarships to graduating seniors and grants and educational program scholarships to students in grades K-12 in the Auburn Public Schools...the mission continues.
