CAPTAIN CANADA 5K IS THE MOST PATRIOTIC FUN RUN IN CANADA!
This 5km or 10km red & white, flag-wearing, all Canadian experience brings people together through community engagement and fitness. Be a Super Hero for Make-A-Wish Canada!!! This summer join thousands of fellow Canucks who are showing their patriotism in their local community while choosing to raise funds to support Make-A-Wish Canada. Be a Captain for Canada!
Each registration includes a Canadian flag (wear it then hang it proudly!) branded buff, finishers medal, tattoos, timing app, and shipping. This is a fun and active way for families and friends to come together and celebrate being Canadian… And oh ya, this is a FUN RUN so you can take your time, set a new world record, walk it, or jog it… Just make sure to take a picture of you and your crew in those awesome Canada day outfits! #CaptainCanada5K
HOW IT WORKS
- Register for Captain Canada 5K and start getting excited about the most Canadian Fun Run this Summer!
- A package full of Canadian goodies including your very own Canadian flag (can be worn as a cape), branded buff, finishers medal, tattoos and more will be shipped directly to your mailbox. Orders placed after June 15, 2022 will not be guaranteed to arrive by July 1)
- Orders will be shipped out in order or registration date starting May 15th, 2022. Register early to be one of the first to receive your kit!
- Your run/walk can be completed anytime between June 25th - July 3, 2022
- Run it or walk it! You can go at your own pace this is a FUN run
- From superheroes to beaver tails we encourage you to dress up and bring out your inner CANUCK
- Prizes will be awarded for best photo, best costume, top fundraisers, fastest 5km/10km, and most patriotic pet!!!
- You can go with the classic 5km or get an extra challenge in by upgrading to the 10km
- As an added bonus, participants who go the extra distance and upgrade to the 10km will receive a Hope Buff in their package!
- You can plot your own route wherever you like — in your neighborhood, on a trail, or at the gym on a treadmill
- Participate by yourself or with a group! Check out our discounted Canuck Bubble Pass option for groups of 4 or more
- During the registration process, you can choose to create a personal fundraising page and raise funds for Make-A-Wish Canada
- Listen to the Captain Canada Run Spotify playlist to train and during your run (coming soon)!
- For those Canucks that like to know their stats you can track your time with Runkeeper
- No refunds. Transfer options available if needed.

Based on min of 4 people (more can be added at $40.00pp). Registration packets will be mailed to one address per bubble/order. The Impact of a Wish
When children are battling a critical illness, so much of normal childhood is taken away from them — it is exhausting, both emotionally and physically.
