Fresh Air Kelowna Cherry Blossom Triathlon

Two weeks prior to the event, we will contact you via email with instructions on how to submit your projected 700m swim time. We highly recommend timing yourself a few times to obtain the most accurate projected time possible. Your fellow swimmers will appreciate a smooth swim! Remember, it's 50m lengths so you might need to add a few seconds per 100m if you're swimming in a 25m pool... and even more for yards.

In keeping with Triathlon Canada and Triathlon BC regulations and guidelines, individual (solo) entries must be a minimum of 16 years old to participate in the triathlon race. Participants may participate on a relay team if they are 13 years old or older. If you are not a TriBC Member then you have paid for your Triathlon BC Day-of-Race Insurance at time of registration. We will email you prior to the race if we do not have confirmation of insurance.

1. Online Registration closes at midnight on April 30th, 2023 OR when registration is full.

2. There is an online processing fee applied to all online registrations for this event.

3. 5% GST will be applied to your registration at checkout.

4. All funds payable in Canadian Dollars.

5. VISA, MC, Amex, and Discover Card accepted.

6. Your credit card statement will show a charge from Fast North Corp for your registration into this event.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Officially: no refunds, transfers, or cancellations will be allowed for your registration into this event.

However, since we cap entries to the triathlon and sell out early, we try to accommodate requests for transfer/re-funds. If you are unable to compete, email us asap and if we have a wait-list, we can transfer your entry to another athlete, minus a $30 administrative fee. NO TRANSFERS/REFUNDS after April 30th. If the event can no longer proceed due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will provide a partial refund or a deferral option for 2024.
