Please join us for the Redz River Run 5k Race hosted by the Baton Rouge Sigma Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The race will benefit several local charities including March of Dimes, Baton Rouge AIDS Society, It Takes A Village BR, The Butterfly Society, and the Southern Lab School. This is also a timed race.
T shirts are not guaranteed for individuals registering after March 10th.
The race will start and finish at the Southern Lab School located at 129 Swan Ave., Baton Rouge, La.
Early Registration period is December 28th - January 28th- $20
Regular Registration period is January 29th -March 17th -$25
Later Registration is March 18th-March 26th.-$30
Participants must show proof of vaccination. We are asking racers not to attend if they have been exposed to someone who's been sick within two weeks of the event.
All participants will receive a T-Shirt and finisher medal if registered before March 10th.
All are invited to attend the Community Health Fair after the race which will include various health screenings, speakers and a variety of healthy snack foods, and beverages.
There will be Place awards for the following categories:
Runners - Top 3 Male & Female categories for Adults and Youth
Walkers -Overall - Top 3 Male & Female by age category
0-19 years old
20-29 years old
30-39 years old
40-49 years old
50-59 years old
60+ years old
