My Story…
Hi everyone, Anna Kise here -
This will be my first year competing in the Foundation for Blind Children (virtual) marathon and I couldn’t be more excited to participate!
I will run for my beautiful and STRONG daughter, Kyah Kise!
To all who know Kyah, she is the true definition of WARRIOR. She is such a bright light in the world. She was born with Peters Anomaly and was diagnosed as totally blind. She has fought through numerous eye surgeries, lost both eyes to glaucoma and has had two prosthetic eye shells made - ALL with the best attitude and a huge smile on her face.
The Foundation for Blind Children will always be near and dear to our family. Kyah attended two years of preschool at the school and our family will forever be thankful for all the support and love our sweet KyPie received.
So, during the month of March - we run for Kyah Jordyn Kise! We run for all the support, love and kindness FBC gave our family through a big learning/adapting time of our lives. We also run for all the children and families who have been journeying through life with a vision diagnosis. We run together.
If you can make a donation, we would truly appreciate it.
Have a beautiful and blessed month of March!
