The event comprises a 10-mile road race, over a predominantly flat course (there are a couple of hills to keep it interesting!) and it will be fully marshalled by members of Tiptree Road Runners, who will be there to ensure your safety and also provide some vocal encouragement and support.

It’s an attractive course, mainly on rural roads, giving you the opportunity to enjoy some scenic Essex countryside. Prizes are awarded to 1st/2nd/3rd Male & Female, age category winners and team prizes. All finishers receive a superb Technical T Shirt.

We are very proud, as always, to donate our race profits to local and national charities.

In an effort to make our events environmentally friendly, we will be using biodegradable paper cups for all our water stations. We still have a few plastic cups remaining in stock, and once these have been used, we will only offer biodegradable paper cups for all our future events.
