7:30AM: 70K Advanced Bike Tour Group #1 (LEADER-GUIDED)
7:45 AM: 70K Advanced Bike Tour Group (SELF-GUIDED)
8:00 AM: ½ Marathon Race (TIMED)
8:30AM: 5K Run Race (TIMED)
9:00 through to 11:00 AM: 5K Recreational Walk/Run/Stroll (UNTIMED)
9:45 AM: Top 3 M/F Finisher Awards (½ Marathon & 5k Race)
10:00 AM: 25K Recreational Bike Tour Group #1 (LEADER-GUIDED)
10:15 AM: 25K Recreational Bike Tour (SELF-GUIDED)
ON-SITE PARKING: Please ride-share to help ensure that there is plenty of on-site parking for everyone.
FACE MASK POLICY: is set in accordance with current Provincial Health Protocols. All participants are expected to regulate themselves to ensure they are always in compliance.
SPECTATORS are encouraged to cheer on participants along the course. PARENTS, who need to assist a registered child through check-in, are welcome to do so.
KNOW THE COURSE, WATCH FOR TRAFFIC AND BE CAREFUL WHEN CROSSING ROADS! The course will be marked and signed and there will be traffic marshals & volunteers out there to assist you: HOWEVER, always check yourself to confirm that the traffic is clear and it's safe to cross.

POST-EVENT FOOD & BEVERAGES (at parking area) are pre-ordered and for participants only.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: All entries are Non-Refundable. The majority of expenses for organizing a sporting event are incurred before the actual event takes place. If the events cannot take place due to any reason, registrants will have their net registration fee turned into a donation for Erie Shores Hospice Campus and get a charitable tax receipt.
