Help Zhu raise money

I am joining Canadian Red Cross for Ukrainian Humanitarian Crisis Appeal and VR Pro for a 10k run fundraiser. The donation goes directly to Red Cross for the immediate and on-going relief in Ukraine.

With continuing instability in Ukraine and worsening situation everyday, there is an increasing needs for humanitarian aid. There may be times when we feel powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we ignore to help those in needs. 

This 10k will be in part of my preparation for my first 50k race in May. While we are fortunate enough to live in a country where we run for joy, let's not forget those who are still running from shells and recovering from lost homes.
