Hey, pretty thrilled to be training for my first marathon at 39!
If you're inclined and want to donate to a good cause, I have picked NEED2 in Victoria as my fundraising beneficiary. Check out need2.ca for more info but they have many programs designed to assist people in states of emotional crisis.
