My Story…
After 4 years of participating in the Miles for Migraine Walk, it's time for me to start fundraising! Thank you to everyone who is able to help me reach my goal!
The full story: I have done the Cleveland Miles for Migraine walk for multiple years now. The walk raises money for Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals and Miles for Migraine. The money then goes into migraine research and programs that patients benefit from. This year I have been asked to be the patient advocate speaker! At the ceremonies at the start of the event, I will get to say a few words about my migraine journey and my involvement with Miles for Migraine. Participants are able to pick an organization for our donations go to. I have decided to fundraise for UH Cleveland Medical Center Headache Clinic. Since my neurologist is associated with University Hospitals, the funds I raise will go right back into research, programs and advancements that I can benefit from.
