Race Time
7:30 am- Registration opens
8:15 am- Kids sprint race start
8:30 am- 5k race start
Kid Sprint will start prior to the 5k at 8:15 am and take place at the 3 mile mark and run to the finish line. The distance is 1/10 of a mile. Medals to all kid finishers. Tee shirts and refreshments included. Parents are welcome to join in.

-$100 to top male/female overall
-$50 to second place overall male / female
-$30 to third place overall male / female
-$40 for top male/female masters (age 40+) (no duplicate awards)
-Awards to top 3 in the following age groups:
14 under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
Team Awards:
-Largest team wins the Avalon Yacht Club Cup
-Fastest Family team wins the Avalon Cup
-Special Awards for Family Teams: Minimum of 3 (including 1 female) in the 5k to comprise a team with the top 3 finish times combined to score the lowest total finish time. Team members may also place in age groups, overall or masters. (PRE -REGISTRATION ONLY FOR FAMILY TEAM COMPETITION)
Timing
R2R Timing will chip time using the MyLaps BibTag chip timing system
Results
They will be posted online during the race and complete results will be posted once the race is complete.
