My Story…
Thanks for visiting my RFTD 5K page!
Run for the Door 5K is a fundraiser for Open Door Ministries in Denver, CO (click ! ).
My brother, David, serves as the Executive Director for ODM (for 25 years and counting!), and it's great to support his ministry through this event. They accomplish much for the sake of the Gospel on the streets of Denver's inner city. Every week lives are changed through their ministries. And this is not superficial change, but holistic spiritual change based on the love of Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit to rescue people from lives of brokenness due to the effects of sin.
Our family has been glad to support ODM for many years --even if it means jogging a few miles for my big brother every once in a while.... ;P
I hope you'll consider joining me in my efforts to raise funds for this wonderful ministry.
