Packet Pick-Up Details:
Here are the following dates and times for packet pick-up for all participants:
- Friday, October 7: 12pm - 6pm
- Saturday, October 8: 10am - 3pm

Registration Options:
Flat Fee:
Includes Participation Packet, No Fundraising Required, but is Highly Encouraged to earn incentive prizes!
- 5K Flat Fee: $50 Registration Fee
- Ride Flat Fee: $100 Registration Fee
Fundraising Opportunity:
Pay a lower Registration Fee. Rally to fundraise for RMHCCF. Meet fundraising goals to receive the Event Participation Packet. Earn incentive prizes along the way!
- 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser: $25 Registration Fee, plus $75 fundraising minimum (per person)
- Ride Fundraiser: $25 Registration Fee, plus $175 Fundraising Minimum (per person)
*Children ages 12 and under participate free; does not include participant packet
Each Fundraiser level participant will be provided with a personal fundraising page and will be required to meet the fundraising minimum to receive a bib # on the day of ride.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three individual and team fundraisers.
Walk-Up Registration
The walk-up registration fee will be as follows:
$100.00 Supporter level per cyclist for the Family & Friends Ride (3.5 Miles), 10, 30, and 60 Mile Routes
Online registration will close on Friday, October 7, 2022 at 5:00 PM. Walk-up registration will be available during packet pick-up and on the day of the event beginning at 6:00 AM.
Weather Policy
This is a Rain or Shine event. No refunds or transfers.
Safety is our most important priority and if any threatening weather conditions are present the day of the event (including, but not limited to: tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain or a hurricane decides to visit), the event may be delayed or canceled. When weather conditions or other physical conditions present a danger to participants, such conditions fall under the label “acts of nature". These acts of nature will not result in refunding of any event registration fees, donations, or future event credits, since funds were already spent in preparation for the event day.
