Coming together to solve the homelessness crisis
The 15th Annual Walk to End Homelessness will increase awareness about homelessness and raise support for the Homeless Hospitality Center in New London, CT. It is co-hosted by Connecticut College and the New London Homeless Hospitality Center. More than 500 people rely on the Homeless Hospitality Center for help every year. With the stability of a warm and welcoming shelter, individuals can quickly rebuild their lives and find permanent housing. Walkers travel about 2 miles over easy terrain in downtown New London, starting and ending at Parade Plaza (just across the street from New London’s Union Station). Come early and stay afterward for refreshments and entertainment!
