Uplift Oregon 5k

When you register for the Uplift Oregon 5K you're registering for the opportunity to run in the footsteps of the world's most elite athletes the same weekend the World Athletics Championships Oregon22 comes to Eugene.

The ASICS Uplift Oregon 5K takes place on Sunday, July 17 at 6:17 am local time. The entry fee* for the 5K is $50. With your registration, you’ll receive an Uplift Oregon 5K race t-shirt, bib and exclusive access to our post-race celebrations.

Because of the unique nature of the race, Uplift Oregon 5K runners must follow a handful of rules to participate:

-You must be in the start corral by 6:00 am local time. Due to international broadcast requirements, participants running late will not be able to start. A bib will be required to enter the start corral (bib must be picked up during Riverfront Festival hours - there is no race day pickup).

-You must be able to run a 5K in 31 minutes (approximately 10min per mile). If you fall behind this pace, you will be stopped at the 4K mark in order to avoid disrupting the championship race. You will still be allowed to finish once all the championship runners have passed.
