Save when you register for multiple races!
Register for 2 or more of our 2022 races and you will save 30% on registration fees for each race! You must register for at least two events to be eligible for the discount.
In-Person Event Details
The in-person race will be hosted at the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club. Both the 5KM and 10KM route is an out-and-back style course that starts and ends at the yacht club. Everyone who participates in the in-person event will get a festive lunch after the race.
In the case of cancellation of the in-person race, we will not be issuing any refunds or returning the difference in pricing. If the in-person event is cancelled you will be switched into the virtual race. Please view our refund policy here.
COVID-19 Policy
If you have tested postive for, or have symptoms of COVID-19 please stay home! We do not offer refunds on race registration, and this is something you check off on during registration. However, if you are unable to attend the race due to COVID-19 we can mail you your race kit so you can complete your race virtually.

Race Start Times:
The 10KM race will start at 10:00AM.
The 5KM race will start at 10:10AM.
Parking:
There will be no parking available at the yacht club as that is where we will be setting up our start/finish line and tents. Parking is available at the Ice Skating Rink at Pier 8 (preferred) as well as the Leander Boat Club (limited).
What's Included
All participants will receive a Halloween finisher medal
Participants will have the option of adding on a long-sleeve technical shirt. While quantities last!

Race Route
Both the 5KM and 10KM route is an out-and-back style course that starts and ends at the yacht club. The 5K race will turn around at the end of the Bayfront Park loop and the 10K race will turn around at the bridge.

Virtual Race Details
Track your virtual run/walk and submit your results for the Halloween 5K and 10K using the ASICS Runkeeper™ app
The First Race Back virtual race can be completed anytime between October 1st and November 15th
How to track your run/walk and record your results using the RunkeeperTM app:
1. From your mobile device, go to your Race Roster dashboard for this event HERE
2. Click on the “Connect to my app” button, where you will be asked to confirm your name within the app (confirm your name and the event will be added to your app)
3. Revisit the Runkeeper™ app when you are ready to participate. From your start screen, click the flag symbol (bottom right) and select the race to start recording.
4. Complete your distance and save the activity. Your results will be automatically posted to the Race Roster leaderboard HERE
5. From the results page, click on your name to see your finisher summary
How to submit your results without RunkeeperTM app:
Please submit the results for your virtual race on the results page.
1. Make sure you are logged into your participant dashboard here.
2. Go to the virtual results page: https://results.raceroster.com/en-US/results/ucqnt52nc5h5hgtx?sub_event_option=structured_128524
3. Click the submit a virtual result button
4. Enter your time it took you to complete the race and submit your results.
Everyone who posts their results will receive a virtual finisher's certificate.
