Grab your family and friends, put on a Santa suit and run an IN-PERSON 5KM race in the very scenic Niagara on the Lake! Santa Suit and chipped timed results included!
NOTL Youth Campus Fundraiser
In partnership with NOTL Realty Ltd., this event is raising funds for the NOTL Youth Campus. The NOTL Youth Campus is a program dedicated to creating a safe, accessible and welcoming space for Niagara-on-the-Lake youth ages 12-18 years of age.
We have lowered our registration fees for this fun event in order to direct $10 towards the NOTL Youth Campus fundraising campaign. As part of your registration process, you will be required to donate this $10 towards this youth initiative and hope you will join us, and encourage others, to support your run and give back to this exciting new local youth project.
Donations for Newark Neighbours
We will be collecting food donations for the Newark Neighbours Food Bank. If you are able to, please consider bringing non-perishable food items to the race to donate.
We will also be collecting gift donations for children.
Special Group Rate!
Register a group of 4 or more Santas on the same transaction for only $40 a person (+ the $10 donation to NOTL Youth Campus)! This special rate only applies to the "in-person Santa 5K with a suit" event. A minimum of 4 participants must be registered in a single transaction for the discount to take effect.
Save when you register for multiple races!
Register for 2 or more of our 2022 races and you will save 30% on registration fees for each race! You must register for at least two events to be eligible for the discount.
Event Details
In the case of cancellation of the in-person race, we will not be issuing any refunds or returning the difference in pricing. If the in-person event is cancelled you will automatically be switched into the virtual race.

Start Times:
The 1KM Elf Race will start at 9:40AM.
The 5KM race will start at 10:00AM.
Post Race Breakfast:
Breakfast Sandwiches will be served for all runners following the race at the Irish Harp Pub starting at 10:45AM. The awards ceremony will place at that time as well.

Booking Instructions
In order to receive the Group Rates, the Attendees shall confirm their reservations by contacting the Hotel’s Reservations Department at 1-888-669-5566 and requesting “Reservations” or through the Hotel’s website http://www.vintage-hotels.com/reservations.htm (Please enter the Property, Event Start Date and Group ID number 3591275 in the box to access your group rates). If you are calling in, please mention the group ID number, or VR Pro.
Reservations must be made on or before November 16th, otherwise the deal will expire.
Virtual Event Details
Track your virtual run/walk and submit your results for the NOTL Santa 5K using the ASICS Runkeeper™ app
The NOTL Santa 5K virtual race can be completed anytime between November 15th and December 31st.
How to track your run/walk and record your results using the RunkeeperTM app:
1. From your mobile device, go to your Race Roster dashboard for this event HERE
2. Click on the “Connect to my app” button, where you will be asked to confirm your name within the app (confirm your name and the event will be added to your app)
3. Revisit the Runkeeper™ app when you are ready to participate. From your start screen, click the flag symbol (bottom right) and select the race to start recording.
4. Complete your distance and save the activity. Your results will be automatically posted to the Race Roster leaderboard HERE
5. From the results page, click on your name to see your finisher summary
How to submit your results without RunkeeperTM app:
Please submit the results for your virtual race on the results page.
1. Make sure you are logged into your participant dashboard here.
2. Go to the virtual results page: https://results.raceroster.com/en-US/results/3upmpmcxx2xwxrmd
3. Click the submit a virtual result button
4. Enter your time it took you to complete the race and submit your results.
Everyone who posts their results will receive a virtual finisher's certificate.
