Spring is just around the corner. And everyone knows that a big part of spring is the PHYSIO FIT RUN!
For the 30th ANNUAL Celebration we are returning to Assiniboine Park for an IN PERSON EVENT on SATURDAY MAY 7 at 8 AM! PRIZES! MASCOTS! 🐢 FUN!

The 10k is part of the Manitoba Runners Association Classic Race Series!

The 1k,3k &5k are all part of the MRA Youth Series!
The Physio Fit Run is also part of the MRA Celebration Series!

A VIRTUAL option is also available!

FREE T-SHIRT AND MEDAL INCLUDED IN ALL REGISTRATIONS!

NOTE THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE is EXTENDED to April 24 2022.

Our event donates the profits to an AMAZING CHARITY called PRAIRIE STRIDES (previously named Manitoba Riding for The Disabled) 😊🐎. This AMAZING CHARITY offers therapeutic horse back riding sessions for children ages 5-15 with disabilities.

If you wish to donate more to Prairie Strides PLEASE DO! They do AMAZING work ! The link is included within the registration information

RACE KIT PICK-UP will be held at City Park Runners on Thursday May 5 . If you live outside of Winnipeg Manitoba Canada and your race kit will need to be mailed we will arrange for shipping and the shipping cost will be added to your registration.

ALL local COVID-19 safety policies must be followed in both IN PERSON and VIRTUAL EVENT situations.

Previous registrants (2020) who deferred will automatically be entered into the 2022 event! An email will be sent with instructions on how to register 😃 .
