Fighting MS 5k Run/Walk - Hebron High School, Hebron, IN

March is Multiple Sclerosis awareness month! Join the fight to end MS while raising funds for the MS Run the US Relay to aid those living with disability from the disease, and support research to stop it.

Online sign ups close at 5pm on Friday, March 4th. Race-day signups and packet pickup is available from at 8:00 to 8:45am with a 9:00am start time. (All times in Central Time Zone) Race day fees are $30 cash, check or Venmo.

All participants registered in advance are guaranteed neon orange sport tube socks! Socks will also be available for race day registrations on a first come, first served basis until supplies are exhausted. Socks will be shipped to all registered virtual participants.

The course begins in the Hebron High School parking lot. We will then head out to gently rolling town streets through Hebon and end back at the High School.

Road closures will begin by 8:45am. Closures will remain in place and the course will remain open to participants through 10:30am or until the last participant crosses the finish line, whichever comes first.

Timing will be the 'old school Popsicle stick' method where participants are given a numbered Popsicle stick at packet pickup. PLEASE return it to the registration table ASAP after crossing the finish line! There will be NO formal awards ceremony. Awards will be distributed when the stick is returned.

Masks are recommended for all participants while inside the high school.

Snacks, water and Gatorade will be available near the finish line.

No dogs or other animals permitted on the course.

Earbuds/music is strongly discouraged on the course.

MS Run the US is a not for profit dedicated to providing hope, aiding those living with disability from the disease, and to support research to stop it.

The MS Run the US Relay will include a segment of 143 miles from Milwaukee, WI to Valparaiso, IN run from July 13th through the 17th by Hebron High School's own MS Warrior Stephanie Crook.
