Raise money for GREEK GIVEBACK - Upsilon Tau Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Upsilon Tau Omega Chapter/Southern Prince George's County Community Charities (SPGCCC, Inc.) scholarships are awarded based on need, academic achievement, demonstrated community service and the potential to attain higher education. SPGCCC provides educational scholarships to support our organization’s commitment to cultivating and encouraging the career and academic goals of emerging young leaders.
We offer six categories of Scholarships for students who live in and reside in or attend high school in Southern Prince George’s County Legislative Districts 8 or 9 with a Grade Point Average of 2.5 or above.
All Scholarship Applicants for our Returning to School Scholarship must:
- Previously completed one year at a College or University.
All Scholarship Applicants for our Non-Traditional School Scholarship must:
- Be a graduating high school senior. Plan to attend a non-traditional institution of higher education.
Sylvia Avery $1,000 Scholarship for a student majoring in Education and attending Morgan State University.
Book Scholarship is a one-time award to a student previously receiving a scholarship from SPGCCC.
