Parking
Parking for this event will be in the parking lot across the street from 640 Magellan Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. There will be signs directing you to the parking lot. Parking will open at 5:00am. All participants must park here and be taken onto the Cape Canaveral Space Force Station via bus.
Packet Pick-Up
Race day packet pick-up will take place in the parking lot across from 640 Magellan Rd, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920. There will only be a race day packet pick-up for this event.
Packet pick-up will open at 5:00am and close promptly at 6:45am. The last bus will depart at 6:50am, there will be no refunds issued for missing the last bus. You must arrive no later than 6:45am to participate in this event.
Identification & Safety
All registered participants must provide the same ID used during registration for us to properly identify you, there will be absolutely no exceptions made if you do not have the proper identification and no refunds will be issued.
Participants or spectators 17 & under who do not have a driver's license or passport number are allowed to participate in this event if accompanied by a registered adult who has a valid ID.
Everyone who is attending this race either as a spectator or runner/walker must be pre-registered, there will be no race day registration. Registration is closing at 11:59pm on 4/28.
During this race you are required to stay within the boundaries of the course and finish line. If you are found leaving these areas, you may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
Pets, and strollers are not allowed in this event.
Timing & Results
Chip timing is being provided by Southern Timing. All participants will receive chip timing with live results & an individual results page complete with pace breakdown, finisher certificate & a 20 second video of you crossing the start/finish line. Results will be streamed live to https://www.southerntimingfl.com/results
You can also register any phone number to receive live tracking updates of your course progress. These notifications can also be set-up to post on your Facebook and or Twitter.
The 5K will have a turnaround split and a finish time.
The 10K will have a 5K turnaround split (2.5K), 10K turnaround split (5K), 7.5K & finish.
