Join us in Florida's greatest downtown district Sunay March 13, 2022, as we kick off Saint Patrick's week with this annual celebratory 5K and kid's dash runs fun for the entire family at the amazing HOB Brewing Company, kid and dog friendly, with free craft beer for all runners 21 and over. All 5K runners will receive the all new 2022 running leprechaun finisher's medals to celebrate your finish line! We wish we could start you a little bit earlier in the morning but due to the noise ordinance on Sunday we are starting our 5K at 10 AM.
Check in is race day only beginning at 9:a.m. at the HOB Brewing Company on the large and open back deck just of the Pinellas Trail at 931 Huntley Avenue, Dunedin, FL 34698. The 5K begins at 8:30 a.m. An email will be sent to all registrants the day before the race with parking and arrival instructions along with your bib number assignment for easy no contact check in.
We will size up the kids for the kids dashes which will begin right around 9:30 a.m. Each child also gets a finisher's media in their heat of the Kid’s Dash. These runs are a HUGE hit each year with families, however, we do not keep the times for the kids as we stage them in groups by the size of each child who attends in order to optimize their fun and keep safety paramount. All kid's dash runners get a shamrock finisher's medal.
5K times will be recorded electronically and are posted on www.727CanRace.com later on race day. Top finisher awards will go to the faster runners and senior and youth but there are no age group awards as this morning moves quickly and we head straight into our craft beer post race party.

If you have not been to the HOB Brewing Company you are in for the best treat Dunedin has to offer with this amazing outdoor two story pavilion, seating area, grassy play area, and social zone. Your 5K walk/run will begin right on the completely paved Pinellas Trail.
A technical promotional T-shirt is included with each adult entry and to purchase any additional technical shirts you can purchase them for $10 cash which serves as a direct donation to our teen volunteers from Finish Lines For Scholarship non profit 501c3. These donations and the profits from the race allow our teens to continue participating in their sport, travel and club competitions.
An email will go out to all registrants Friday before the race with arrival instructions and downtown parking instructions, along with any last minute details you will need to know.
Your registration includes an electronically timed 5K on the paved and shady Pinellas Trail, your awesome 2022 Leprechaun finisher's medals, a great post race party and a free beer sampler as well as beer specials at the HOB Brewing company full venue party.
