Help me help Lifeline save lives
Please continue to support this incredibly worthy cause.
For the second year I will be riding 180KM from Berowra to Broke to raise much needed funds for Lifeline.
Mental health continues to be an every day struggle in a lot of peoples lives. The struggle can be pretty difficult and lifeline is always there to help those in need of care and advice.
Please be generous with your donations and if you can't donate a lot then please donate a little as every little helps. Thank you.
Description
Everyday nine Australians lose their battle with mental health
Over the last few years Covid and natural disasters have impacted on many people's lives. Now in 2022 as prices increase for food, petrol and mortgages many people in our community are dealing with mental health issues for the first time.
This year I'm riding in the 2022 180km Go for Broke Ride to Beat Depression to help raise awareness and funds for mental health and Lifeline. The Gordon office of Lifeline, which we support is one of only a few Lifeline call centres nationally that answers calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's after hours and overnight when many of us and people who struggle with depression and anxiety are most vulnerable and need our support.
At Go for Broke every dollar goes to Lifeline's frontline services and crisis support 13 11 14 number. Please give for this great cause and support me as I train for this tough ride. Help me help Lifeline.
Every dollar makes a difference. Every dollar can save a life. Thank you.
