The Ladiesfest 8K will be back in person for 2022! Registration will open on April 3 at 12:00 PM!
The Ladiesfest 8K is an event designed to promote women's health, fitness and well being in the community. The run allows women to challenge themselves by walking or running the 8k course. After the run, participants will be treated to chocolates from Chocolate Lethbridge and fresh flowers from Marquis Flowers. For those who choose, a breakfast can be picked up from Italian Table following the run.

Package Pick-Up Information
June 9 - 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Runner's Soul (2646 South Parkside Drive).
June 10 - 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM at Runner's Soul.
June 11 - 7:00 AM to 7:45 AM at the race start area (out of town runners only please).
Course Information
The run will start at 8:00 AM SHARP and finish adjacent to the Sandman Signature Lethbridge Lodge. Participants will follow the clearly marked route down to the river bottom where they will enjoy the scenery (and some surprises along the way) before beginning their ascent to the finish line. The course closes at 9:45 AM.
Awards
All of this year's finishers will receive a custom Ladiesfest 8K Finisher medal if they choose to receive one.
There will be no awards for category or overall placement this year.
The Cause
Proceeds from the Ladiesfest 8K will be donated to Womanspace: a community based organization run by, and for, women. Womanspace aims to provide resources, referrals and education to help women participate more fully in the social and economic life of Canadian society. A donation of $2.00 from each entry will go to Womanspace.
