My Story…
I have been blessed with a mentally challenged adult child who was not supposed to survive past 6 mos. of age. He is now 42. It is Opportunity Villages "opportunities, teachings and training" of such individuals to learn how to strive and survive with their limited abilities. Their efforts on behalf of these fantastic human beings cannot be matched. It is with great pride to walk in their shoes even if it's for just one day.
