On the day before the Western States 100, HOKA is challenging you to run to the top. From Basecamp to High Camp.

That’s right, we’re serving up a free pancake breakfast at High Camp after the race.
The HOKA High Camp Challenge will take you from the official start line of the Western States 100 and run the trail to High Camp. After pancake breakfast and awards, runners are invited to take the gondola back to Palisades for free or run/hike back to the bottom. This is the perfect event for WS100 crew members, family supporters, or the local trail community looking for their next event. Keep your eyes peeled for course and segment details from Strava and commemorate the event with your own HOKA High Camp Challenge shirt for $20. All proceeds benefit the WSER Foundation.
Prior to the HOKA High Camp Challenge, we will host the HOKA Hundred Dash for kids 12 and under to experience their first ever 100. Starting at the official start line of the Western States 100, kids will see how far they can go in 100 seconds. All kids can decorate and color their own bib before the race, and can ride the gondola up to the pancake breakfast for free*
