What colour is for me? (our guide, but it's up to you to decide) Green Course - Walk or Run, All about Fun! Distances range from ~4km-6km and usually take up to 75 minutes to complete. A great option if you’re just getting into the trails/running, or coming back after injury/break. Get a mate, get into these and get ready for FUN! Blue Course – You love running and your friends think you’re fit! You can comfortably run 10km in the city. Distances range from ~9km-14km and for most runners it’s ~90min+ time on trail. If you’re currently active and looking for a good time mixed with a bit of challenge, get a mate and do this together! Black Course - For the experienced runners! Distances range from ~15km-25km These challenges can take a few hours! And training is key. You’ve gotta get in the training to enjoy these, so get your training mate and have some friendly accountability competition! What am I required to bring? 1. You must carry a hydration system that will hold a minimum of 500ml for the duration of the event. This could be a handheld, a pack, or a waist belt. We recommend most runners carry at least 1 ltr due to remote locations. Double Black distances require additional water. Recommended item: Emergency + App 2. You must wear your race bib at all times during the event. 3. A positive, prepare for anything attitude! When do I collect my Event Bib/Event Shirt? Event bib pickup for all Pemby Trail Fest events is on event day only at the Event Village. Please see our website for bib collection times. If purchasing the Multi Day entry before the cut off date your Pemby Trail Fest shirt can be collected from the Merch Tent at the Event Village. Will I receive more information? Yes! The Wednesday prior to the event weekend we send out a Event Brief email. It will include all the specifics to help you be best prepared for Pemby Trail Fest weekend! What time does my race start? Please see our website for the Race Brief times and Start times. *everyone must attend Race Briefing. Minimum age requirements to enter the event? Please see the Kids Entry tab for the minimum age and experience requirements for Pemby Trail Fest. What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? Transport is not included in the event registration cost. We encourage you to carpool to our events. Parking options are in the PRE RACE BRIEF which gets emailed out on Wednesday prior to the event. When does registration close? Registration for Pemby Trail Fest closes two weeks prior to the event weekend unless sold out earlier. What's the refund policy? Entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers. Your entry is not transferable to any other person. If you provide written notification more than six weeks prior to the event date you are entitled to a 90% of entry fees. If you provide written notification more than four weeks prior to the event date you are entitled to a 60% of entry fees. No refund will be given after that point for any reason. No refund will be given for a transferred event credit. No refunds will be provided for merchandise purchases; merchandise will not be posted and will only be available for collection at the event hub. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? No. Your ticket is non-transferrable. If you wish to upgrade your distance, you will be charged the difference plus an admin cost of $10. If you wish to downgrade, no refund of entry fees will be provided. Can I give it to a mate? No. Your ticket, your identity.
