This 5K run/walk welcomes all. If you are fast, good for you. If it will be a struggle to walk the 3.1 miles, we want you to join us as well.
Our goal is to strengthen families and communities by promoting the benefits of prevention, treatment and recovery for mental health and substance abuse. And one of the greatest ways to battle addiction, substance abuse, and recovery from mental health issues is through positive addiction. So come one, come all and experience the positive benefits of community and running and walking!
1st 100 participants will receive a SWAG bag with a t-shirt and a bracelet.
All proceeds from this event will go to support the Rally for Recovery Grand Forks.

Day of Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration
- Where: See Dick Run (28 S 3rd St)
- When: June, 23, 4:00 -- 5:30 PM
Race
- Start time: 6:00 pm
- Starting line location: Flood Obelisk
- Route: head north on the Greenway to Riverside park, loop around the park, and return south on the Greenway.
- Finish line: Flood Obelisk
Post-race: pre-packaged snacks
FREE Race Shirt: must register by June 18 Each participant who registers by June 1 will be guaranteed a free race tee. If you would like, you can buy additional shirts for friends and family. Participants who register after June 1 are not guaranteed to receive a t-shirt.
