EVENT MECHANICS
STEP 1
CREATE YOUR RACE ROSTER ACCOUNT PRIOR TO REGISTRATION.
STEP 2
Register and set your category and distance. After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email within the day. The email confirmation is to access your Race Roster account. You will receive your E-Bib through a separate email. For those who registered through GCash, you will receive your payment instructions through email within 1-2 days after you filled up the google form.
NOTE: For those who will register under the PARTNER category, only the registrant will have an account and will be able to submit results. You will need to consolidate your partner’s results and submit it under your account.
Register from April 22 to May 31 to get your Finisher Medal personalized for FREE!
STEP 3
Complete your distance from June 1 to 30, 2022. Record your activity through a GPS, fitness-tracking apps, or your smartwatch. Activities can be cumulative. Upload your results to Race Roster by logging in to your account and submitting either of the following;
- Screenshot of your route
- Photo of your treadmill or bike trainer dashboard
- Photo of display of app or your fitness watch
Make sure that the date, time, and distance are stated in your submission.
You can also share your activities on your Facebook or Instagram account using the hashtag #PrideForThePlanet (set your post to public so everyone can see them) and invite your friends and colleagues.
STEP 4
E-Certificates for the Solo category will be available for download at their Race Roster result dashboard. For the Partner category, E-Certificates will be sent via email.
STEP 5
Delivery of Finisher’s kits and add-ons will be delivered 3-4 weeks (local participants) and 6 weeks (international participants) after the event ends on June 30, 2022.
