Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races 2022

Welcome to the 115th Edition of the Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races.

Fast Company Running Club is pleased to announce the return of the Dartmouth Natal Day Road Races on August 1, 2022

This prestigious event is one of the oldest road races in North America.

Competitive runners, recreational runners and walkers are all encouraged to participate. We take pride in being a fun and affordable event for the whole family.

For 2022 we will be sharing our Dartmouth stage with another exciting event, the World Sprint Canoe Championships on Lake Banook. In order for each event to operate effectively we have revised our usual course and made the distance slightly shorter. The shorter race will be a single loop of 1.8 miles and the longer race will be three loops and a distance of 5.4 miles. Both races start and finish at Christ Church on Ochterloney St.

Both races have been selected for the 2022 Run Nova Scotia Road Race Series.

Affordable Entry Fees

Our 2022 race entry fee is $20 for adults.

Adult entry includes a t-shirt for the 1st 600 to register.

A $5 discount on adult registration is provided for RNS members who pre-register by July 29th. Entrants must provide their RNS membership number.

An administration fee in addition to the entry fee will be charged for online registration.

Youth Registration

For 2022 the 1st 400 Youth participants (age 17 & Under on race day) can register for Free. For youth participants beyond the 1st 400, the entry fee will be $5.

Youth entry does not include a t-shirt, but a limited quantity will be available for $10 and must be ordered when registering on this site.

The combined entry limit for both race distances is 1,000.

Online registration closes on Saturday July 30th at 11:00 PM.

NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

Race Kit Pick Up and Late Registration

Race Kit Pick-up will take place at Christ Church Hall, 61 Dundas St in Dartmouth on Sunday July 31st from 3 PM to 6 PM and on Monday August 1st from 6:15 AM to 7:45 AM.

If we do not reach our capacity limit, Registration will be available on Sunday at Christ Church Hall. Our entry limit is 1,000.

Sunday registration fees will be $25 for Adults and $5 for Youth.

THERE WILL BE NO REGISTRATION ON RACE DAY, MONDAY.
