Help Dean raise money

Hello Again Family, Friends, and Outdoor Lovers!Reaching out with my Breathe California Sacramento Region, President of the Board of Directors hat on today, as I am in need of a fundraising boost.

Since 1917 Breathe has advocated for clean air and healthy lungs, which I think are two things all of us can agree are critically important to daily life. 
One of Breathe's longest standing traditions is the Trek which has morphed over the years from a multi day hike/backpacking/camping to a bike ride.

I think this is my 5th year, and would love for you to join my squad, Team VeloCity (pic attached from last year's crew) using this link ($125 min donation).If riding isn't your thing, I would also love to have your support to help me hit my $2,000 fundraising goal over the next two weeks.

Many of you know I love bikes A LOT, but this last year I have been trying to open myself up to new things and make a conscious effort to go into new experiences with a beginners mindset. This shift in thinking hasn't gotten me off the bike completely as many of you can attest that follow my Strava, but I have started a consistent hot yoga practice (which I never thought would happen...pic as evidence attached), and been welcomed into the fold of a new friend adventure/backpacking tribe who I just completed the Lost Coast with last month (pic attached), and will be disembarking on a Mt. Whitney summit adventure today (stay tuned for pics). 

The one thing that unites the bike, yoga, and hiking/backpacking/camping for me is the mindful breathing practices that I've developed doing those activities.I am grateful for healthy lungs to be able to enjoy those practices and will continue to support Breathe California, and other like minded organizations who share this passion.
