This annual race is dedicated to Makayla, who is a heart ♥️ patient at LeBonheur! She is living life graciously now, but at birth she had a tough battle with 3 holes in her heart. She’s undergone 2 open heart surgeries (7 weeks old & 2 years old)! She is a true survivor and a walking miracle!! We truly appreciate you celebrating her lifelong journey with us along with the other children’ whose lives that LeBonheur save through technology and surgical interventions.
