300 yard snake swim in the Le Mars Outdoor Pool, 15 mile bike through Le Mars countryside, and a 5k residential run. First swimmer will start in the pool at 9:00am and each additional swimmer will start approximately every 20 seconds.
Helmets are required for the bike portion.
Must be at least 15 years of age to participate.
Registration includes chip timing, event t-shirt, post event refreshments/meal.
Compete as an individual or as a 2-3 person relay team.
Entries accepted until 5:00pm on Friday, September 9.
