Twilight Shuffle 5K

Help carry on the tradition of the 15th Annual MainStreet Libertyville Twilight Shuffle 5k Run/Walk on Labor Day weekend! Enjoy a 3.12-mile run or walk through one of the most scenic (yet hilly) neighborhoods in downtown Libertyville. This year we are introducing a kids Little Dipper 800m (1/2 mile) race for those that don’t want to tackle the 5K. Join us!
- Professionally chip-timed
- Each registrant will receive a Twilight Shuffle 5K performance t-shirt
- Post-Race Party in the back lot of 847 Running Company and Pizzeria Deville! Enjoy burgers, pizza, drinks and more. (More details to come.)
- Register by August 24th to guarantee t-shirt
- Teams encouraged. Biggest Team and Team Spirit Awards will be given!
100% of the proceeds from the race go to MainStreet Libertyville which is a non-profit, volunteer based organization dedicated to:
"Enhancing our community identity and heritage, to foster a center of activity, and to ensure economic stability in the heart of Libertyville through concentrated efforts of education, design, promotion, organization, and economic revitalization.”

Packet Pickup
Packet pick-up and in-person registration will be held at 847 Running Company located at 406 N Milwaukee Avenue in downtown Libertyville on:
- Friday, September 2nd, 10 - 6 PM
- Saturday, September 3rd, 10 - 6 PM
- Sunday, September 4th, 10 - 2 PM
- ** Sunday, September 4th, 4 - 5:30 PM
**Preregistered runners who have not picked up their packets ahead of time may do so race day from 4 - 5:30 PM at the Sponsor Expo/race starting area. Race day registration available, but will not guarantee a t-shirt.

Race Day
The race starts at 6:00 PM on Sunday, September 4th. The Start/Finish area is the corner of Newberry Avenue and North Milwaukee Avenue, adjacent to the historic Liberty Theater.
Participants and their supporters are welcome to check-out the Sponsor Expo starting at 4 PM, which is held in the parking lots along the northside of Newberry Avenue.
- Sponsor booths, Restrooms, First Aid Tent, and water stations will be available in this area.

Kid’s Little Dipper 800M Race Closed
This year we are adding a FREE 800m (1/2 mile race) on the same course for our kiddos! The 5K will begin after all Little Dipper participants have finished. This is a FREE event so it will not include a t-shirt for participants. Though no registration fee is required, as always we'd love donations to MainStreet Libertyville or our charity partner this year, the Highland Park Community Foundation's July 4th Shooting Response Fund!
