The Fleet Feet 5K Training Program has everything you need to run your first or your fastest 5K: ability-based training plans, seminars, experienced coaches, and so much more!
All participants receive 8-week training plans designed for three different goals: Finish, Improve, and Perform. Choose which plan is right for you, and switch between plans as needed.
