The colored Holi Powder is colored starch and is 100% edible and biodegradable. It is not harmful if inhaled and will not permanently stain any surface. Cameras, phones, and high tech devices are discouraged in the event as it may get covered in powder.
This a charity event to benefit the E-Land Community Fund.
The Fund donates to projects that aim for the betterment of Saipan community,such as infrastructure improvement, donations to charity organizations, and environmental actions to name a few.
Course: Depart PIC AND head north, the half way marker and U-turn is located across the street from Aquarius Beach Tower.
