My Story…
I'm just about to be a 20 year veteran and anybody that knows me knows that I love BBQ. I have hopes of being the first American BBQ owner with a michelin star. I am self taught but try to learn all I can everyday. My passion comes from everyone I ever cooked for asking me to open a business. I'm still working on that but I just love the faces of people enjoying my food.
